Lifetime Warranty

Our pillows and home goods are handmade to last! Each of our hand sewn products comes with a lifetime warranty.  Our Lifetime Warranty covers repairs to manufacturing defects (fabric, craftsmanship and/or design) and normal wear and tear applicable to the lifetime of our pillows and sewn goods up to 4 years.  If damage is not covered under our warranty (due to normal wear and tear, accident, pets, or natural breakdown of materials), we will repair, it if possible, for a reasonable fee.   Pets love our pillows!  If your pet has an incident with one of our pillows and you need a replacement pillow insert, we're happy to replace it for you at cost.

If you have an item that needs repair here's what we suggest: 

1.  First, send us a note describing the damage to jeanne.vockroth@gmail.com, and include photos if you can!

2.  Second, we'll let you know if the item can be repaired under warranty or we'll quote you a repair fee.

3.  Third, ship your piece to us at our studio address below and send us the tracking information at jeanne.vockroth@gmail.com

If you cover shipping costs of getting your damaged piece to us, we'll ship it back free of charge.

Please label areas for repair on your item with a piece of masking tape and include a short note describing what needs mending. Turn around time for warranty items is 2 to 3 weeks.
