I want my patterns and textiles to bring the New Orleans state of mind to your home wherever it may be.
Jeanne Vockroth Art + Design is a small business in New Orleans specializing in handmade textile and printed paper products featuring my original watercolor surface pattern designs. The designs I create for my home goods, gifts, and accessories are my original watercolor illustrations inspired by New Orleans and the Gulf Coast in a classic style inspired by Japanese printmaking. I create original artwork and fine art prints that incorporate mixed media collage and photography with my illustrations. All of my work is inspired by the romantic and magical landscape of the South and the laissez les bon temps roulez ("let the good times roll") way of life that we practice in the Big Easy.
